Job Type: Full-time position available!

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and treatment planning, as well as consultation, as requested, in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, medication treatment plans, etc.
  • Complete required documentation in a timely manner, meeting regulatory standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies and organizations to promote programs and to identify and secure potential new alliances, partnerships, and funding sources.
  • Promote and integrate agency mission, values, philosophy, and principles.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and others from an accredited institution.
  • Must have Active license as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Experience with children, families, and couples
  • Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
