SALARY:
- $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Provide appropriate referrals for resources and treatment
- Use clinical expertise, professional judgment and best practices
- Execute duty to warn/mandated reporting processes
- Partner with peers and leaders promoting and embracing a culture of change; supporting all parties through the change process
- Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize creativity in evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work with a diverse client base within professional scope.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
