Looking for Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Job Purpose:

The Therapist will provide an evidence-based treatment through a trauma-informed lens to individuals, families, or groups referred for services. The is responsible for maintaining their own work schedule to ensure delivery of quality services to a maximum number of clients, and maintaining appropriate case records as dictated by program requirements.

Salary Offer: $120,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide mental health treatment for client disclosed symptomology. This includes assessing the clients’ acuity, strengths, and treatment needs.
  • Develop family-centered and culturally appropriate treatment plans, and provide outpatient services to include: individual counseling and/or family counseling.
  • Use trauma-informed practices during services.
  • Work cooperatively with members of the larger clinical services and service coordination teams.
  • Complete clinical documentation, client assessments, service/treatment plans, and other forms/records as required in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed case files and other documentation in compliance with the program standards. Assess and provide crisis intervention as needed to clients.
  • Carry a designated client caseload as determined by programmatic needs.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:

  • Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or others.
  • Licenses: Active clinical license in the state where applying. (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
  • Experience: Prefer a minimum of 3-4 years of experience relevant to the position, working with vulnerable populations.
  • Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
