Looking For a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Salary:
- $90,000 to $100,000 per year (full time)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
- Provide evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Collaborate with clients to explore coping strategies and enhance resilience.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active state license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in any of this field.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique challenges and mental health issues prevalent among hospital patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with a diverse medical community.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suitable for a hospital counseling center environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, manage a diverse caseload, and prioritize tasks effectively.
