Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) Needed

Mental health therapists plays an integral role as part of the broader multi-disciplinary care teams to ensure patients are receiving appropriate mental health services to outpatient clinic settings. SALARY:$100,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients;
- Organizes and prioritizes daily work by assessing new, current, and discharging patient needs in area(s) of responsibility;
- Assesses the patient's medical history, mental health history, and current presentation to understand the patient's needs from treatment;
- Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders;
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs;
- Conducts psychosocial assessments;
- Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary; and
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve.
- Must have 3-5 years of proven experience in counseling services.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current State Licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
- Computer Skills, i.e., email, word processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
