Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist

SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Works directly in the office with assigned clients who experience symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders
  • Provides a range of brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services for clients
  • Providing therapeutic interventions drawing upon a wide range of treatment modalities, to high risk and complex cases.
  • Builds solid working relationships with internal team members, matrix partners, key functional areas, customers and providers
  • Provides decision support where multiple treatment options are available
  • Empowers patients with skills to provide enhanced interaction with their providers
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC in the state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling services.
  • Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for assigned populations, risk assessment, and crisis management.
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment.
