SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct individual, couples, family or group therapy sessions to address clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral issues
  • Utilize various therapeutic approaches and techniques tailored to clients needs and goals
  • Help clients develop coping strategies, insight, and skills to manage their challenges and improve their well being
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
  • Provides decision support where multiple treatment options are available
  • Empowers patients with skills to provide enhanced interaction with their providers
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family and Marriage Therapy, Psychology or related field.
  • Valid licensure as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW in the state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
  • Ethical integrity and adherence to professional codes of conduct and legal regulations governing mental health.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
