Opportunity Available for Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in an Outpatient Setting

Position available: Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)

Salary: $90k to $100k yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques.
  • Evaluate and document clients’ progress toward treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Respond to clients in crisis and develop safety plans for immediate support.
  • Work with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare reports in compliance with ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • At least 2 years’ experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
