Mental Health Therapist - LPC, LMFT, LCSW Positions Available!

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical counseling services to individuals, including children, teens, adults, and first responders utilizing various therapeutic approaches and interventions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100k to $105k per year

What You’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs, diagnosis, and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic counseling and support to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices.
  • Establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques and interventions to address clients' mental health concerns and promote positive change.
  • Guide clients through the process of identifying, understanding, and modifying harmful behaviors and thought patterns.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate client care effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree
  • Current State licensure as LMFT, LPC, LCSW.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a private practice or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Specialization or additional training in specific areas such as trauma, substance abuse, Adult, or couples therapy.
  • Clinical counseling expertise with a focus on mental health and emotional well-being
  • Strong patient assessment skills to develop tailored treatment plans
