Position: Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Work Setting: 100% Remote work

Salary: $100k to $105k a year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
• Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
• Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
• Help clients develop insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships
• Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state license by the state board is required. Accepted licenses include: (LMFT) (LPC) (LCSW)
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
• Must be familiar with the latest developments in psychotherapy
