Salary: $120k-$130k a year

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client
  • Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, etc.
  • Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients
  • Participate in continuous education opportunities to stay current with industry best practices
  • Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and program effectiveness

What We Need:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution
  • Active license/certification in your respective state as: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
