Job Position: Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Salary: $120k-$130k a year

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling sessions via video chat to improve clients' mental health
• Encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences to develop self-awareness and improve relationships
• Act as a client advocate and help them define and work towards their goals
• Evaluate clients' mental conditions and develop and implement treatment plans using a solution-based approach
• Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
• Active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• At least 2 years’ experience practicing independently without supervision
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
• Strong computer literacy skills
