Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100k to $105k yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients across the lifespan.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications:

  • You must have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active state licensure as LMFT, LPC, LCSW in the state
  • At least 2 years’ experience in mental health or clinical settings.
  • Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
