Full Time Position as Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and compassionate therapist to join our mental health practice. In this position, you will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, groups, and families navigating a range of mental health challenges. SALARY:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, groups and families who are experiencing mental health issues
  • Conduct client assessments to determine mental health needs
  • Update and implement treatment plans based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in mental health regulations and resources
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current, valid and unrestricted license as LICSW, LMFT, LMHC in the state.
  • At least 3 years of total experience within mental health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local mental health regulations and resources
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
