We are seeking compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Job Position: Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client well-being.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients feel safe and supported during difficult times.
  • Advocate for clients and assist them in setting achievable goals for personal growth and development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Current and active state licensure in Pennsylvania State.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a counseling or mental health setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
