Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team.
Looking for an Outpatient Counselor to become part of our team. The position is open for full-time (40 hours) onsite, offering extensive employee benefits. The perfect candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for helping children and teenagers, with a key emphasis on team collaboration. Clinicians are onsite at the location where they see clients. It is expected that they bring positive, calm, and professional energy to the workspace. The clinicians will contribute to a positive and inviting office morale. Our clinicians work closely with other clinical leaders from every location and report to the director of clinical administration.

SALARY:
  • $120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prioritize a positive client experience at the office location
  • When needed, consult with licensed staff (plus monthly licensed consultation)
  • Contribute to a new staff member’s onboarding and ongoing training experience
  • Problem-solve and find solutions independently
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate patient care support.
  • Commitment to providing great clinical care
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or a related field.
  • Current licensure in the State of California such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Outpatient care
  • Outstanding responsiveness and operational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond promptly to team
