Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to a diverse client base, fostering a supportive environment that promotes mental well-being.

Position: Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
  • Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Current and active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California State
  • 2 years or more of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience in providing telehealth services preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
