Position: Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to adults with various mental health concerns
  • Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or psychotherapy.
  • Active and Valid licensure as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing therapy or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
