Position: Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy to adults with various mental health concerns
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or psychotherapy.
- Active and Valid licensure as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing therapy or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
