Looking for Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) – Telehealth

Position: Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Job Setting: 100% Remote, Work from home!

Salary

  • $120k - $130k a year plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients’ mental health through video or phone sessions to determine their needs
  • Offer individual or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's situation.
  • Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals.
  • Keep accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Adhere to state regulations and ethical guidelines for remote counseling practices.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and, if necessary, their support systems.
  • Use telehealth platforms effectively and maintain knowledge of relevant tools and resources.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
  • Active and valid Licensed in the State of California as (LCSW), (LPCC) or (LMFT)
  • 3 years of experience providing direct patient care.
  • Ability to write quality notes/intake reports
  • Good time management skills
