Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Opportunities
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist with a license to practice independently in the state of California. You’ll be building a diverse client base, including uninsured and employer-sponsored clients with various mental health needs (anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, PTSD). We provide hundreds of people and their families with an exceptional healthcare experience that is personal, data driven and value based to help every person live their healthiest life. You’ll get to collaborate closely with our team of experienced clinicians.

SALARY:
- $120,000 - $130,000 per year plus full benefits
- Provides counseling and guidance to patients and family members as a part of total patient care.
- Tests and evaluates patients.
- Implements the specific counseling activities and/or interventions that will lead to accomplishing the plan goals.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
- Performs reporting procedures.
- Attends meetings and conferences to keep current on ideas and techniques in the field of counseling.
- At least 3 years of post-licensure experience within the mental health field
- Master’s degree from a nationally recognized and accredited graduate school of Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
- Must hold current licensure as LCSW, LPCC or LMFT in the state of California.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
