Full Time Position as Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed
SALARY:

We're hiring Pennsylvania-licensed mental health therapists to join an innovative, growing company that uses technology to streamline day-to-day administrative tasks for our therapists and improve clinical care. SALARY:
- $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
- Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years
- Participate in weekly 1-on-1 case consultations, weekly team consultations, peer-only huddles, and ongoing professional development programming. These programs offer opportunities for you to engage and collaborate with other therapists
- Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner
- Communicate with your client’s pediatricians, school counselors, and other members of their family, as needed
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania License as LCSW, LMFT, LPC.
- At least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy
- Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning
- Clinical experience working with young people and their families
- Knowledge of local mental health regulations and resources
- Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments
