Looking for a Full Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Private Practice.

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice recently relocated to a spacious new office. Salary Range:
  • $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual or family therapy
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, Mental Status Exams, and identify special/high-risk issues
  • Formulate diagnoses and provide consultation, referrals, and coordination of care between providers
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, including realistic treatment plans with clear outcomes
  • Maintain accurate client records in compliance with company standards
  • Uphold ethical professional relationships with colleagues and respect therapeutic boundaries
  • Manage caseload and schedule to maintain professional standards
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychology.
  • Active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
  • Must have at least 3 years of recent, continuous experience as Mental Health Therapist.
  • Proficiency in treatment models appropriate to clinician’s modalities and scope of training
  • Computer literacy, including the use of HIPAA compliant EHR software
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
