Job Opportunity for Full Time Position as Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are a dynamic addiction private practice seeking to hire a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. We do so with a transparent, collaborative culture fueled by genuine compassion for those in recovery. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role requires a high level of empathy, the ability to set boundaries, and the desire to work on a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting individuals.

SALARY:
  • $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain detailed progress notes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans, ensuring that they are compliant with state and federal regulations.
  • Work closely with clinical director on chart audits and signing off on individual and group notes.
  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of care provided to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Must hold a valid license as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW in the state of California.
  • Must have 3 years of direct experience with addiction, dual diagnosis, mental health disorders, or evidence-based treatment approaches
  • A strong desire to grow your skills and work with a team
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal skills
