SALARY
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides clinical guidance and appropriate interaction with external providers
- Documents all client interactions, including all sessions with clients, families, significant others, etc., within established time frames
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Current California state licensure as LMFT, LPCC or LCSW.
- Must have two (2) years of experience providing direct services/counseling
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
