Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join in an outpatient clinic. We actively engages in the pursuit of excellence of serving with compassion and respect. SCHEDULE:
Monday Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
SALARY:
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:

SCHEDULE:
Monday Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
SALARY:
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with patients to determine their status
- Develop a course of therapy for treatment
- Meet with patients regularly and provide them with the tools they need to overcome their issues
- Provide references to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Completes Progress Notes accurately, addressing treatment goals, major clinical issues and changes in mental health status
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Current California state licensure as LMFT, LPCC or LCSW.
- Prior 2 years of work experience in mental health services.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications
- Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in therapy
