Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients
- Communicate timely and professionally with clients, colleagues, and the client's treatment team
- Acts as a professional resource for colleagues in addressing complex case issues and may provide clinical supervision as required.
- Develops and may facilitate trainings for treatment staff.
- Documents patient progress and ensures the accuracy of medical records.
- Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active Washington state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health experience
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Computer literacy, including the use of HIPAA compliant EHR software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
