Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) Needed

Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients
  • Communicate timely and professionally with clients, colleagues, and the client's treatment team
  • Acts as a professional resource for colleagues in addressing complex case issues and may provide clinical supervision as required.
  • Develops and may facilitate trainings for treatment staff.
  • Documents patient progress and ensures the accuracy of medical records.
  • Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active Washington state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health experience
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Computer literacy, including the use of HIPAA compliant EHR software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
