Seeking for a qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapist for our growing clinical team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients in our growing private practice. Our ideal candidate believes in the power of mindfulness and solution-focused therapies and is enthusiastic about working with clients dealing with anxiety and depression.
Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 a year plus full benefits

Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 a year plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Keep records up-to-date and in compliance with WAC, Title XIX and agency requirements.
- Participate in intake and assessment, treatment planning, and psychiatric review of cases.
- Attend treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and designated staff training and consultation sessions.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LCSW.
- With proven 2 years of experience in counseling services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building therapeutic rapport with clients.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive, client-centered care.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
