Our well-respected private practice is in search of a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide vital mental health services to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and a genuine commitment to assisting individuals as they navigate their challenges.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits
Responsibilities:
Our well-respected private practice is in search of a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide vital mental health services to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and a genuine commitment to assisting individuals as they navigate their challenges.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and formulate treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Accurately document patient progress through timely completion of progress notes.
- Maintain professionalism in counseling services to uphold our esteemed reputation.
- Adhere to organizational policies and the service provider agreement.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapist Psychology, or a related field.
- Active California state license as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical environments.
- Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation of progress notes.
- Ability to deliver compassionate care in a clinical context.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
