As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be vital in delivering effective counseling, conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and keeping detailed clinical records. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with benefits
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of therapeutic and patient care activities.
- Create treatment and rehabilitation programs for psychiatric patients.
- Monitor outcomes as part of a collaborative team.
- Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning, including advance care planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses and identified needs.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record per departmental policy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current North Dakota state license as LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LICSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience.
- Expertise in integrative, client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
