Job Opening for Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will be instrumental in providing effective counseling services, conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive clinical records. Your work will significantly influence the future of mental health care in our community.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary:

  • $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of therapeutic and patient care activities.
  • Create treatment and rehabilitation programs for psychiatric patients.
  • Monitor outcomes as part of a collaborative team.
  • Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning, including advance care planning.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses and identified needs.
  • Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record per departmental policy.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current North Dakota state license as LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LICSW.
  • Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience.
  • Expertise in integrative, client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
