Job Opening for Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in offering effective counseling services, conducting detailed assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining thorough clinical records. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of mental health care in our community.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Salary:

• $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of therapeutic and patient care activities.
• Create treatment and rehabilitation programs for psychiatric patients.
• Monitor outcomes as part of a collaborative team.
• Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning, including advance care planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses and identified needs.
• Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record per departmental policy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current North Dakota state license as LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LICSW.
• Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Expertise in integrative, client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
