Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed at Axiom Mental Health Clinic!

Join our dedicated team at Axiom Mental Health Clinic, where we strive to make quality mental healthcare accessible to all young people. We are looking for California-licensed mental health therapists to be part of our innovative approach that leverages technology to enhance clinical care.

Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children (ages 8-17) and young adults (over 18).
• Engage in weekly case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients’ pediatricians, school counselors, and family members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid California License as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• At least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy.
• Strong interest in collaboration and independent work.
• Experience working with young people and their families.
• Familiarity with local mental health regulations and resources.
• Training in evidence-based mental health treatments preferred.
