Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. We are a leading mental health service provider committed to enhancing the well-being of our community. SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
SALARY
  • $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage in a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities.
  • Develop and implement programs/groups focused on the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
  • Monitor outcomes collaboratively as a member of the treatment team.
  • Participate in continuity of care and discharge planning; facilitate advance care planning.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses, identified challenges, and specific treatment needs.
  • Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record system, adhering to departmental documentation policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current licensure such as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in the state.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
