Seeking to hire Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. We are a premier mental health service provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our community. SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Engage in a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Develop and implement programs/groups focused on the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
- Monitor outcomes collaboratively as a member of the treatment team.
- Participate in continuity of care and discharge planning; facilitate advance care planning.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses, identified challenges, and specific treatment needs.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record system, adhering to departmental documentation policies.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Current licensure such as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in the state.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
