Full-Time Mental Health Counselor in Bright Health Care Center

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and set therapy goals.
  • Administer individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Maintain thorough, confidential records of patient progress and observations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
  • Guide patients to community resources and therapeutic activities.
  • Assist with direct patient care when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Valid independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least two years of professional counseling experience.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
