Full-Time Mental Health Counselor in Bright Health Care Center

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and set therapy goals.
- Administer individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain thorough, confidential records of patient progress and observations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
- Guide patients to community resources and therapeutic activities.
- Assist with direct patient care when needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
- Valid independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- At least two years of professional counseling experience.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
