Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to create tailored therapy treatment goals that empower each individual on their journey to well-being.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that foster connection, growth, and healing.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records to ensure every observation supports patient progress and safety.
  • Evaluate and celebrate progress by assessing the effectiveness of therapy interventions, adapting approaches as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Guide patients with valuable information about community resources and therapeutic activities that enhance their healing experience.
  • Deliver impactful individual, group, and family psychotherapy, creating a supportive environment for meaningful conversations and breakthroughs.
  • Document therapies and treatment plans clearly and thoughtfully, contributing to a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Provide compassionate assistance with direct patient care whenever needed, reinforcing our commitment to holistic, patient-centered support.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Valid independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least two years of professional counseling experience.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
