Looking for Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed at Bluecrest Mental Healthcare
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Bluecrest Mental Healthcare. Our outpatient clinics offer a wide range of behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy, as well as substance abuse assessments and treatment. Our recovery-oriented mental health program focuses on alleviating symptoms while restoring emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being.
Job Type:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral concerns.
- Collaborate with physicians to discuss patient progress, needs, and any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes, in accordance with department policies.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to develop individualized treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with community resource leaders, representing the organization in meetings and on relevant committees to address patients' social needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
- Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field.
Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 annually
