Looking for Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed at Bluecrest Mental Healthcare

Bluecrest Mental Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. Our clinics provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services, ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse evaluations and treatment. Our recovery-focused mental health program is designed to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being for all our patients.

Job Type:

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for patients, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians to discuss patient progress, needs, and any concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes, in accordance with department policies.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to develop individualized treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with community resource leaders, representing the organization in meetings and on relevant committees to address patients' social needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field.

Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000 annually
