Job Types:

  • Full-time Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of family dynamics and individual needs, ensuring timely linkage to relevant community-based services and resources tailored to meet those needs.
  • Navigate high-stress, crisis-driven environments with a strong understanding of substance use disorders, addiction recovery, domestic violence interventions, child welfare concerns, trauma-informed care, and mental health challenges. Apply this knowledge to develop effective, empathetic solutions.
  • Act as a key resource for educating team members on the complex psychosocial challenges faced by clients, offering insights that promote collaboration and a comprehensive approach to family care. Facilitate case discussions to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state is required.
  • Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.

Salary:

$90,000 to $110,000 a year.
