Full-time Opportunity for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

SALARY:
  • $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify mental health issues, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Offer individual, group, or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients manage and overcome mental health challenges.
  • Regularly assess and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care and positive outcomes.
  • Provide education on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and resources to clients and their families to promote understanding and support.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active California License as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering psychotherapy services.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning
  • Ability to assess and manage crisis situations with appropriate interventions to ensure client safety.
  • Understanding and respect for diverse backgrounds and cultures, with the ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
  • Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments
