We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health counseling to clients via telehealth platforms, helping them navigate challenges related to mental health, emotional well-being, and personal development. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions in a virtual environment.
SALARY:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health counseling to clients via telehealth platforms, helping them navigate challenges related to mental health, emotional well-being, and personal development. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions in a virtual environment.
SALARY:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling via secure telehealth platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and case notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in telehealth practices and mental health treatment.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, or related field.
- Active California License as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychotherapy services or telehealth counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
