We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional mental health counseling to clients through telehealth platforms, supporting them in overcoming challenges related to mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and leading virtual therapy sessions.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional mental health counseling to clients through telehealth platforms, supporting them in overcoming challenges related to mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and leading virtual therapy sessions.
SALARY:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling via secure telehealth platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and case notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in telehealth practices and mental health treatment.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, or related field.
- Active California License as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychotherapy services or telehealth counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
