Looking for Full Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor Needed in Cluster Wellness Clinic

We provide outpatient behavioral health services through our clinics, which offer a variety of options, such as individual and group therapy, along with substance abuse assessments and treatments. Our mental health program emphasizes a recovery-oriented approach to help alleviate symptoms and promote emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being.

Job Types:

• Full-time Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
• Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
• Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
• Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
• Develops working relationship with leaders in community resource groups, representing the organization at meetings and on various committees that address the social needs of patients.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
• One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Must have (2) two years of professional experience.

Salary:

$110k - $130k a year.
