Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our supportive team. You will offer essential therapeutic services to clients facing mental health challenges, utilizing various evidence-based approaches. Your compassionate and holistic perspective will be key in helping patients achieve their mental health goals and overall well-being.
SCHEDULE:
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our supportive team. You will offer essential therapeutic services to clients facing mental health challenges, utilizing various evidence-based approaches. Your compassionate and holistic perspective will be key in helping patients achieve their mental health goals and overall well-being.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- $110,000 to $130,000 a year with benefits
- Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
- Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.
- Master’s degree in Social Worker, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychology, or related field.
- Active California state license as LCSW, LMFT or LPCC.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mental health services
- Must communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal format.
- Deep empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
