SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Provide Counseling to adults and children
- Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
- Provide ongoing treatment plans
- Assess client situations for delivery of services
- Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
- Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
- Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Must hold an active Washington state license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
- Must have 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
