Full-Time Opportunities for Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our private practice dedicated to delivering high-quality psychotherapy services. In this role, you will work with clients facing a variety of challenges, providing compassionate support and guidance. You will contribute to the development of educational resources that enhance client awareness and promote mental well-being. Collaboration is key, and you will actively participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and share valuable insights. SALARY:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Counseling to adults and children
  • Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
  • Provide ongoing treatment plans
  • Assess client situations for delivery of services
  • Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
  • Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
  • Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
  • Must hold an active Washington state license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
  • Must have 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
