Full-Time Opportunities for Licensed Mental Health Counselor
We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our supportive private practice, where we offer psychotherapy services tailored to clients' diverse needs. You will be responsible for creating and implementing resources that facilitate client education and engagement. Collaborating with our team, you will participate in regular meetings to review client progress and provide valuable input on treatment strategies. We seek a professional who is passionate about mental health and committed to fostering a collaborative and positive environment for both clients and staff. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Provide Counseling to adults and children
- Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
- Provide ongoing treatment plans
- Assess client situations for delivery of services
- Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
- Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
- Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Must hold an active Washington state license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
- Must have 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
