Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed
SALARY:
We are excited to welcome a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to our dedicated team in private practice. In this role, you will deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of relational and emotional issues. You will also play a key role in creating educational materials that enhance client understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process. Your active involvement in team discussions will foster collaboration and contribute to the overall success of our practice. Our ideal candidate is empathetic, skilled, and passionate about helping clients thrive in their relationships and personal lives.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Provide Counseling to adults and children
- Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
- Provide ongoing treatment plans
- Assess client situations for delivery of services
- Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
- Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
- Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state license as LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LCSW.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
