Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate private practice, where you will provide essential counseling services to clients dealing with relational and emotional challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions that empower clients to achieve their goals. Collaboration is key in our practice, and you will regularly engage in team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices. We are looking for a passionate professional who values holistic approaches to therapy and is dedicated to creating a nurturing space for clients. Strong communication skills and a commitment to client advocacy are essential.

SALARY:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Counseling to adults and children
  • Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
  • Provide ongoing treatment plans
  • Assess client situations for delivery of services
  • Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
  • Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
  • Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active North Dakota state license as LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LCSW.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
